Although the research is showing that counselling via the telephone or online is as effective as face-to-face therapy, it is up to you as an individual to decide what is the best option for you.

Whilst, working remotely definitely has its perks, such as no need to leave your home, or travel. One of the downsides is that not everyone is in a position of finding a quiet area at home, where they are able to work without being disturbed or distracted for the duration of their therapy session. You may also like more of a human connection that face to face sessions give you.

It’s totally your choice. Hence, we will continue to provide both office and online services.

We understand that sharing emotions, feelings and problems requires lots of courage and needs a safe trusting place to do so. So, with this in mind we have hopefully created a welcoming space comfortable where you or your loved ones are able to feel safe and connected.

You can find the office in the city centre, just off Union street at ‘Golden Square’ - Aberdeen.
